CBH is an evidence-based form of hypnotherapy,  utilizing the highly suggestible quality of the subconscious mind to help people improve their lives. It works on the premise that by improving the quality and positivity of our thoughts and beliefs, we can empower ourselves to feel, behave, act and react in better and more healthy ways. By changing our 'inner world', our experience out in the world changes.

 

In sessions we relax, drift off and let our busy conscious minds take a back seat for a while, allowing us to access the powerful subconscious directly. And this is where we can transform unhelpful beliefs and thoughts into more empowering and supportive ones.
