What is RTT?
RTT or Rapid Transformational Therapy was developed by world renowned successful therapist Marisa Peer, over her 30 years as an award winning therapist. RTT has been influenced by and draws upon the best aspects of hypnosis, NLP, healing, psychotherapy and CBT to form a totally unique and powerful, life changing technique. RTT is able to help much quicker than other modalities, most people need only one session to understand the root of their issue and to let it go for good. More complex issues can take slightly longer, but no more than three sessions.
How does RTT work?
RTT enables us to communicate directly with the subconscious mind (which is where most issues, blocks and limiting beliefs reside). We access the root cause of the issue, which leads to an understanding of why and when it started. This understanding is powerful and we then work together through the process of helping you to LET GO of the issue for good, empowering you to be FREE and to move forward positively, creating the life you want!
You will be provided with a personal transformation audio, made specifically for you and which you will listen to daily for 21 days. This rewires your brain to fully accept your new beliefs so that you can TRANSFORM your life.
What is the process?
28 Day Transformation Experience
First things first- a complimentary 15 minute discovery call (where I find out more about what you're needing help with, explain the process and answer any questions you may have). We find out if RTT is a good fit for you and if so we schedule your sessions into the diary.
You will be sent an RTT questionaire/intake form via email. Fill this in and send back to me
We then have a half hour phone consultation prior to the actual RTT session. This is so that I can do essential preparation and ensure that I have all details needed to record your personal transformation at the end of the main session.
RTT session- allow 90 mins - 2 hours for this (this is either face to face or via Zoom, which is equally as effective).
Following the main session I will record your personal transformation audio for you to listen to daily for 21 days, this is a very important part of the process as the mind learns by repetition.
You will have two follow-up coaching sessions during the three weeks that follow. These are normally via Zoom and are around 45 mins each.

How Does RTT Work?
RTT accesses the subconscious mind using hypnosis. This part of the mind is where all of our habits, beliefs, emotions, thought patterns are stored. The conscious mind is our rational, thinking mind, but it is often over-ridden by the emotional aspect of the subconscious. This is the reason that it is often difficult to change thought processes and habits with will-power alone. If logic and emotion compete, emotion wins every time!
During RTT we communicate directly with the subconscious and find the root cause of any issue. Once we understand the cause of a problem we work through an easy process of letting it go. Your personalised recording then rapidly rewires the neural pathways of the brain, replacing old unwanted thoughts, beliefs and habits with positive new ones. RTT gives fast and effective results, empowering people to become free of emotional, psychological and physical pain (often pain that they have been holding onto for years!)
The 3 Types of Change
There are 3 types of change from RTT – every person is different:
Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
Cumulative: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
