Sometimes a certain level of stress is needed to perform well and do your best. However if anxious feelings grow and are not dealt with they can become a problem.

We use effective techniques to find the source or beginning point of the anxiety, which is often rooted in the subconscious mind. Once we have located this trigger or cause we can treat it and re-program the unconscious thought patterns, helping you to put these anxious feelings into a new perspective. After this is done you are free to choose new and positive ways to think and feel.

 

You will be given a personalized audio recording which will reinforce the new positive mindset and this should be listened to daily for a while. This uses the latest mind management techniques and is a very important part of our work together. Listening to the recording will create new neural pathways in your brain making sure positive change is permanent.

In addition I will teach you simple tools and coping mechanisms to use in your everyday life. Learning to implement these practical techniques will make you feel in control and relaxed in situations where you may have once felt challenged.

 

How many sessions are required?

 

Most issues of anxiety can be greatly helped in between 3 and 6 sessions, but this can vary according to each person and their unique situation. We will discuss this at the beginning and create a treatment plan together.
