According to research a third of us suffer from insomnia at some point in our lives and some of the causes can be worry, depression and/or anxiety.
This recording helps create new neural pathways in the brain with regards to relaxing at night time and sleeping well. It should be listened to at least once per day with headphones if possible, and for a month or so until you feel a difference in the quality of your sleep. Then continue to listen a couple of times per week to maintain and strengthen the effects.
