you to your inner self-love and empower you to let go of limiting beliefs, fears or blocks that have been holding you back from having a beautiful relationship with yourself. Once you whole-heartedly love and value yourself, you will be able to confidently create healthy, loving relationships with others and truly thrive in your life!
On this 3 day transformational retreat you will learn how to implement the powerful techniques and methods for healing, self-empowerment and self-love. Becca's Rapid Transformational 28 Day Experience (one to one and live via zoom) is included with the retreat and will help you to understand and eliminate your own blocks to self-love. Read more about this amazing RTT 28 Day process here. You will also experience a one to one 60 minute hypnotherapy/NLP therapeutic session during the retreat too!

In between activities there will be some free time for you to explore the eclectic shops of Deal or wander along the seafront and enjoy some fresh air, chill out with a book, chat or just have a snooze. We invite you to turn off your phone and switch off from your everyday life for a few days!
You will be served nourishing and delicious food, cooked by talented Chef & Co-Owner Dave and you can enjoy a glass or two of wine in the evenings with dinner if you like.
The retreat starts with a welcome glass of bubbly on Thursday (arrive from 5pm onwards), followed by dinner and finishes Monday am after brekkie (we understand some guests may need to leave on the Sunday pm after dinner).

ACCOMMODATION
Relax and unwind at our exclusive five ensuite, double bedroom, coastal bolthole in this bohemian historic seaside town. Amazingly convenient, Deal is only an hour and a quarter from central London by high-speed train.The property, situated on the seafront, on the edge of the historic conservation area boasts fantastic coastal views. Each and every element of this historic former 18th-century public house has been carefully considered. The house is beautifully decorated, retaining original features and furnished with luxurious comfort in mind and is the perfect getaway for our coastal retreat.

PRIVATE DELUXE BEDROOMS
The five double en-suite bedrooms decorated in relaxing tones are all furnished with Super-King sized beds dressed in luxurious linen from The White Company.
ENSUITE BATHROOMS
Each of the five generously proportioned sleek ensuite bathrooms feature powerful, high-quality, thermostatically controlled double headed monsoon showers and are kept cosy with underfloor heating. Fluffy towels from The White Company and indulgent toiletries from Korres included for use during your stay!
